The FortalezCA project aims to strengthen CSOs’ capacities in strategic and adaptive planning, fund management, collection and planning through group training sessions, individual and collective mentoring, and collective consultancies.

This project contributes to the U.S. Agency for International Development’s (USAID) Resilient Civil Society Activity (RSA) program, designed to support civil society organizations in a changing and challenging environment. In Mexico, the program is implemented by FHI 360.
