ERO: A Resilience Project for Civil Society Organizations in Mexico and Latin America

ERO, which stands for Espacio de Resiliencia in Spanish, is a resilience project created in 2020 in light of the social and environmental uncertainties brought by the pandemic. Conducted in conjunction with the organization Alternativas y Capacidades, this project aims to provide virtual strengthening tools to civil society organizations that are partners of the David and Lucile Packard Foundation.

ERO is characterized by constant change and adapting to the needs of the organizations. We believe that the development and strengthening of capacities should not be linear but flexible and constant.

Virtual training is provided to strengthen capacities in strategic planning, financial stability, accountability and transparency, fundraising, leadership, transformation, and digital security, among others.
